Cat Croxford has returned to exhibit with us for a second time. Following the success of her first exhibition in July 2018, we are delighted to collaborate with Cat again! This time Cat has focused on the landscapes surrounding Pangbourne, Goring and Streatley and creates eye-catching acrylic paintings of these local areas.
About Cat Croxford…
Cat Croxford is a professional artist based in West Berkshire. Self-taught she has been painting and drawing all her life. She finds her inspiration from woods near and far, including the Berkshire Downs and South Oxfordshire Chilterns. Cat also travels to European woodlands and gardens. Working in acrylic, Cat paints the changing light of the seasons, attracted to strong contrasts, rich colours and natural patterns. Her intent is to create paintings that might be the beginning of a story, a pathway, or window that leads to something hidden in our imagination or memories.
Cat also helps run JoeDaisy Studio in Mapledurham, Reading, where she teaches a variety of courses, workshops and undertakes one to one tuition.
A selection of paintings will be on display in our shop until Saturday 4th May 2019.
