Sarah Curtice is a digital artist from Reading, Berkshire with a trained background as a photographer, specialising in portraiture and event photography. Sarah trained at Blackpool & Fylde College, a part of Lancaster University with a 2:1 class BA Hons degree in photography. She has worked with array of clients over the years, which has hugely influenced her approach on how she portrays her vision of the world around her.
To further fuel her deep passion for art and self-expression, Sarah also incorporates her skill in photography, natural eye for composition and love for simple beauty, in creating colourful and interesting art pieces. She uses the postproduction technique of layering multiple digital photographic imagery through various means to produce a textured and somewhat unusual perception on the 'mundane everyday elements' and simple natural world around her. Her work is aimed to encourage the viewer to interpret the images by the feeling it provokes and find beauty in the chaos of confusion it can create.
Sarah has exhibited in a variety of venues ranging from A.O.P London to Wokingham Borough Council building and recently won 2nd place in an international photography competition entitled 'A Place To Call Home' that exhibited in a venue near London Bridge in London for the charity Freedom From Torture.
