Please expect at least a week for us to move the purchased items to your preferred collection point. You can specify which location you want to collect from during checkout on our website or buy contacting a gallery directly.

For all bespoke, made to order products, whether picture frames or mirrors, we will contact you to confirm that it is ready for collection and the location from where you would like to collect it.

To ensure that we hand the item over to a person authorised to collect it, the person collecting it should bring a copy of the order confirmation with them and present it to our staff.

Van deliveries

Our van will be out and about on Thursdays, and we can deliver to you using our van (please call us to confirm costs, if they have not otherwise been specified, and specifics). Please refer to the two maps below to see where we will go.

As we are not a delivery company, we do not have the infrastructure to deliver at specific times, but we will do our best to deliver items between 9:00 and 17:00 on your chosen week. As a general rule, deliveries in and around London happen in the morning until just after lunch and deliveries in and around Reading happen in the afternoon.  If these times do not work for you please opt for our alternative carriers.

We will always try to contact you using the contact details you provided when making the order before delivering to confirm that you will be in and try to accommodate any time requests. We will deliver to the address specified in the order. However, if you are unable to accept delivery personally, you may nominate another address or arrangement, giving the address and any further instructions. We will need these in writing by email to ensure that we have the correct instructions. Please note that if you select this option, we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage which may occur once your order has been delivered.

Delivery of Unframed Artworks on Paper

Unframed artworks on paper can be posted in a tube using Royal Mail to the shipping address specified in the order.

Delivery elsewhere
 or at other times

We will deliver to the Mainland of England, Scotland and Wales by courier. We will arrange packing, insurance and carriage as necessary. The cost of this will either have been previously specified or can be determined by contacting us by phone or email (visit us). Usually our preferred partners are Mailboxes, Royal Mail, and UPS, although we may use other packers and carriers. We will confirm our carriage partners in an email to you accepting your order.
