Build on the foundations of etching, in this printmaking workshop you will expand your skills through aquatint and colour techniques. Explore how to create rich tonal variation, layered imagery, and more complex compositions while developing confidence in the etching process. Ideal for those who have completed the Intro to Etching workshop or have some basic etching experience, this session opens up new creative possibilities in printmaking.
Please note: If you would like to work from your own images, sketches, or photographs (either physical or digital), please bring them along to the workshop. We also recommend wearing clothing you don’t mind getting a little messy.
